In Tibetan Buddhism, "Ground Luminosity" refers to the fundamental nature of the mind, which is said to be intrinsically pure, clear, and luminous. It is also known as the "primordial state" or "original purity."

According to the teachings, every being possesses this innate luminosity, but it is often obscured by the clouds of delusion, ignorance, and afflictions. Through the practice of meditation and other spiritual disciplines, one can remove these obscurations and unveil the innate luminosity of the mind.

The Ground Luminosity is considered to be the ultimate nature of all phenomena, beyond all concepts and dualistic notions. It is said to be the source of all wisdom, compassion, and enlightened qualities. When one realizes the Ground Luminosity, one attains the state of enlightenment, which is the goal of Tibetan Buddhism.

In summary, the Ground Luminosity is the ultimate nature of the mind, which is pure, clear, and luminous. Realizing it through meditation and spiritual practice leads to the attainment of enlightenment.
